The Assembly of Delegates is the highest governing body of the
Association, and its decrees obligate all members of the Association.
The Assembly meets once every two years at the end of the administrative
period.
The executive body of the Association is the Board of Directors.
It consists of:
- President
- Vice President
- President Elect
- Immediate Past President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Branch Representatives (Presidents)
- UMANA Foundation President
- Chairpersons of each Standing Committee
- WFUMA Representative
The Board of Directors volunteer their time and expertise, and
are elected to office every two years during the Assembly of Delegates.
Standing committee chairpersons are appointed by the president and
approved by the Board of Directors.
